then you must enrol in CSI��s course. Our study

much like the warranty on your car. When you buy a brand new car, the
dealer can�t �guarantee� that it will not break down, but while it is
covered under warranty, if it does break down you will not have to pay

guarantee that you will pass; what we guarantee is that �If you don�t

What happens if I
fail my exam and request a refund? |
| While we certainly
believe that you will pass your exam, in the event that you are
unsuccessful we stand by our guarantee. Simply send us a copy of your
transcript within 5 business days of receiving your mark and return
your study guide (if applicable). We will provide a full refund of
your money (less shipping costs of $10), and your End User License
Agreement will be terminated. |
